Research shows that<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/public-health\/services\/publications\/healthy-living\/physical-activity-tips-adults-18-64-years.html\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> any moderate activity that raises your heart rate<\/span><\/a> can yield benefits \u2013 gardening, house chores, and yes, even walking. Join a local walking club, participate in an online yoga class with a roommate<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vancouversunrun.com\/walk-with-pacific-blue-cross\/\">, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>or<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> register to Walk with Pacific Blue Cross in the Vancouver Sun Run.<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/a>The Sun Run has a positive atmosphere and with options for runners, walkers, wheelchair users, and young children.
